Naousa if you want the evenings, Parikia if you want everything else within reach, and an inland village if you have a car and would rather not spend the week on a harbour front. That is the whole decision. On an island this size none of the options is wrong so much as differently traded.

The four bases, and what each costs you
Parikia is the port. Ferries land here, the practical infrastructure is here, and behind the waterfront sits an old town of marble lanes that most day visitors walk straight past on their way to a bus. Basing yourself here means arriving without logistics and leaving the same way. What you accept in return is through-traffic, luggage wheels on stone, and a seafront that works for a living.
Naousa, on the north coast, is a small fishing harbour with boats still tied up in it, lanes that fill and empty on a rhythm, and good evenings. It prices accordingly in the peak weeks, and dinner runs late.
Lefkes and the villages of the interior sit up in the middle of the island, marble-paved and cool, emptying out entirely once the day's visitors have gone back down to the water. Nights up there are quiet. Every beach is a drive.
The south and south-east — Aliki, Piso Livadi, the long sandy stretches out towards Chrissi Akti — trade atmosphere for water. Entries shelve gently, the coast is set up for wind sports where the Meltemi hits it hardest, and shops are thin on the ground.

That is the trade the top tier makes on this island: grounds, quiet and walking distance from the good evenings, rather than a scarce outlook.
Mid-range
Kandiani Bleu Ciel, in the Agioi Anargyroi quarter of Naousa — a small whitewashed hotel with gardens, terraces and a hot tub, near the fishing harbour without sitting inside its evening noise. Paros is genuinely strong in this tier, and a property of that kind in that position is one reason people come back to this island.
Good value
Pelagos Studios, on the main street in Parikia — self-catering studios with a garden and a bar, the port and the evening walk both a few minutes away on foot. Simple rooms, a shaded table, and a kitchen you will use more than you expect. Entry level here buys position rather than polish.
